Course Objective:

Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:-

  • To develop new computer based ideas by selecting and applying printmaking techniques and processes, subject matter and themes.
  • Demonstrate to explore digital printmaking techniques to develop professional sensibility.
  • Develop digital images to explore new ideas to exhibit printmaking digitally.

Course Outcomes:

           Students will be able to learn online the methods of digital printmaking. Due to unavailability of the equipment required for manual methods, students will explore digital techniques to achieve similar results. Their working on web and research links will enhance their ability to grasp contemporary methods of digital printmaking.

Student Responsibilities:

 

Each student will be responsible for attending online classes and doing his home assignments required for the completion of the course.

        ii.         Each class member will be given the opportunity to participate in class discussion and make comments or ask questions related to course content.

  1. Each student will have the opportunity to develop atleast ten digital prints using the related soft wares.

iv.         Students will be encouraged to search on web the latest art exhibitions, find museums, galleries and other local crafts for enhancing creative abilities.
